Additionally, the Board appoints volunteer landowners to serve on the Lake Committee, Water Committee, and Design Review Committee.  The water system is managed by a state-certified water master, under contract to the Association, and a volunteer water clerk.

Association expenses are covered through annual assessments and water use fees.  The current landowners' assessment is $100 per year, per lot.  Additionally, each landowner pays a minimum base water rate of $30 per month for each lot owned, as well as $3 per 1,000 gallons used.  All water fees are billed quarterly.
